How it works - How to make a reservation with MunichEscape


1) Making a reservation with MunichEscape www.MunichEscape.com


a) On the home and every other page is a search box.

    Enter your arrrival and departure dates.

    Enter the number of guests that will be staying and click Search.

    The system will automatically search all available properties for your selected dates


 b) Browse the available properties until you find one you wish to book:

     The system will automatically calculate the total rate of your stay.
     To make a reservation for the property you have selected, click on the button marked ''Book Now'' or ''Reservation Request'' 
     If you have any questions regarding a property before you reserve, just click on ''Ask Question'' and send us and owner your query.


c) Booking Procedure and Payment

  • If you have clicked on BOOK NOW, you will be directed to our payment page, where you can pay the booking prepayment.
  • Once you pay the prepayment, Your booking is complete and you will receive a confirmation e-mail instantly. A further e-mail will follow directly from the property owner with check-in details within 48 hours.
  • If the property you chose was on reservation request and the property is available for your chosen dates, you will receive a payment link by email within 24 hours.
  • Click on the payment link, pay the prepayment and you are then booked. After the payment is made,  you will receive a mail with check-in details within 24 hours.


2) Arrival and Check-In:


  • On your arrival at the airport/train station, you should contact the greeter on the number in your check-in mail. Then proceed to the property given in the check-in mail. 
  • The address will be either the property which you booked or the managers' office where you can pay, collect keys, sign the rental agreement and then go to the property. 
  • Any problems with a property please contact our live support help desk, which is manned 18 hours a day or the property manager directly. We can solve most problems or get the owner to sort them for you.


3) Check out :

  • Please agree a check out time with your greeter when you arrive, so he or she will be at the property to check you out and return any damage deposit paid.
